How do I use this site effectively?

To use this site effectively we recommend using #hashtags and @mentions as well as the several applications available in your groups. Once you have an account created for you and you've been added to a group you will be able to access the activity stream. This will show all the recent updates and allow you to post a new status message to the group.

If you are logged in, you should see the groups you are a member of on the right-hand side of this page -->

To access any applications (Wikis, Blogs, Forums, Files) you will need to go to your group's landing page. There you will see a navigation menu with your logo, the name of your group and links to all the applications added to your group.

I cannot see the activity stream, what is happening?

The best way to see if this issue is a timeout error is to try using a different browser or private browser first. If this works on another browser you may need to clear your cache as the community may have been updated while you were working.


 

I’ve forgotten my password.

If you are logged out and can’t remember your password you can reset your password here.

You should receive an email, if not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact us or call 1300 KINSHIP.


 

I am logged in but can’t find my groups.

If you are looking at an activity stream that doesn’t seem to have the correct content associated with your company or group then you may have left or never been added. You can check on the right-hand side of this page what groups you are a member of -->

If you are not a member of one of the groups please contact us or call on 1300 546 744.


 

I am seeing an error message on my screen

This error occurs when we may have made changes to your account or to a page whilst you were active. Please try and clear your cache and try logging in again.

My email didn’t make it into the community

  1. Check that you are a member of the group you are trying to send emails to.
  2. Check you have the correct email which can be found on your group’s page
  3. Check your sent emails and outbox on your email client to see if it has finished sending

If all of these fail, please wait another 5 minutes before reporting the error and then proceed to contact us or call 1300 KINSHIP.


 

I need support for my account

Please use the community and your group to collaborate with the KINSHIP team and report anything regarding your specific account or any work we are currently doing with you.
